WHAT IS IT?
SwimWins uses the YUSA Swim Lesson skill template to track swimmer progress poolside.
I WOULD LIKE TO...
ASSIGN TEMPLATES
1. To assign swim templates, click the Navigation icon in the top left-hand corner

2. In the Navigation menu, click Setup Skills for this Class
3. View the list of templates available for your program by clicking the drop down and selecting the template
4. Click the Assign Templates button

TRANSFER SKILLS FROM PREVIOUS SESSIONS
1. From your program page, click on the Record Skills tile
NOTE: If you are transferring skills from a previous session, this needs to be done before you record any new evaluations in the program. If you transfer skills after you have recorded skills, the skills you recorded will be replaced with the skills you transferred.

2. Click the Transfer Skills tab

3. Click the box next to the previous session(s) you would like to transfer
4. Click the Update button

RECORD EVALUATIONS BY PARTICIPANT
1. Click on the Record Skills tile
2. In the drop-down menus, select the class and the date that you would like to record evaluations for

3. Click on the photo of the participant that you want to evaluate
3
4. To mark a pending skill as complete, click the box two times
5. To mark a pending skill as incomplete, click the box one time
6. To mark a skill back to pending click the box until it says pending again
Note: Recording skills will automatically mark the attendance for the swimmer in this class

7. You can leave notes on each swimmer's evaluation for each class by using the notes section
Templates include:

"My next class should be..."

"I'm awesome at..."

"I can improve at..."
(These notes are available to the parent and swimmer)

"Internal Notes"
(These notes will only be viewable to administrators and other instructors)

8. Click the clipboard icon to view the participant's medical history information
9. Click the phone icon to view the participant's emergency contacts
10. Click the envelope icon to view contact information of the master account
11. Click the paper icon to view class notes

SESSION PROGRESS REPORT
1. From your program page, click on the navigation icon in the top-left corner

2. Click Session Progress Report

3. Click the start and end dates for the report
4. To export the report, click the Export button
Note: ATNDC - Attendance
Rec_Skills - Recorded evaluations for this class, all time
Rec_Skills_TS - Recorded evaluations for this class, this season
NoEvals - Swimmers with no evaluations
NoEvals_TS - Swimmers with no evaluations, this season
Rec_Notes - Recorded notes for this class, all time
Rec_Notes_TS - Recorded notes for this class, this season

5. To view the breakdown by student for a particular class, click the BKDWN button
6. To view the specifics of the evaluation statistics for a child, click on the graph

7. To mark that a child acquired a skill before class, switch the toggle next to the skill to Yes

INDIVIDUAL PROGRESS REPORT
1. From your program page, click on the navigation icon in the top-left corner

2. Click Individual Progress

3. Search for the child to view their swim progress

4. Choose a current or past program from the dropdown
5. To view notes, click the Show/Hide Notes button

6. Next to the graphics you can see the child's progress for each skill
Note: Refer to the key below for the meaning of each progress symbol.The check mark symbol shows that the skill has been achieved. The X symbol shows that the skill has been taught, but has yet to be achieved, and the clock symbol shows that the skill has not yet been taught to the swimmer.
